Large Language Model
An AI model trained on vast amounts of text that can understand and generate human-like language.
Glossary/Large Language Model
A Large Language Model (LLM) is the engine behind modern conversational AI. Trained on huge volumes of text, it predicts and generates language well enough to answer questions, summarise, translate and hold a natural conversation.
On its own, an LLM answers from what it learned in training — which is why, for support, it's paired with your own data through techniques like RAG. That combination keeps the fluency of the model while grounding answers in your real, current content.
