Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LiveBotIQ platform and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with different feature sets and usage limits as described on our pricing page.
BPayment
CFree Trials
Free trials are available for new accounts. Upon trial expiration, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Services. No credit card is required during the trial period.
DAI Token Usage
BotIQ usage is metered based on your plan’s AI query allocation. Exceeding your plan’s limits may result in additional charges or rate limiting. Usage details are available in your dashboard.
Acceptable Use
Data Ownership & Customer Data
You retain all rights, title, and interest in your data ("Customer Data"). We do not claim ownership of any content you submit to the platform.
You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Services. This includes processing data through AI models to generate automated responses.
You may export your Customer Data at any time through our API or dashboard. Upon account termination, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion unless otherwise required by law.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, design, content, trademarks, and proprietary technology, are owned by LiveBotIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveBotIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveBotIQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
